Gear housing (casing, gearbox) is an important part of the reducer. It is the base of transmission parts with enough strength and stiffness. There are welding (fabrication) gear box housing which is applied in piece production, simplified techniques and lowering the cost and cast-iron gear box housing which is applied in mass production with fine castability and damping property. Materials with GG20 GG40 Q235 and so on.

Casting housing: Casting, Blasting for cleaning, annealing, painting, machining, cleaning Welding housing Cutting material, point welding, welding, annealing, blasting, painting, rough machining, normalizing, finish machining.

Advantage

We machine the gear housing in one machine with one times fixing, precision is controlled by CNC machine. All of housing was measured by 3 coordinate measuring machine to keep the dimensions and shape errors in correct size.
